为更准确地识别某电机冷却系噪声的辐射路径,基于FFT-NNLS反卷积波束形成方法对其进行试验研究。结果表明:相比于传统波束形成,FFT-NNLS反卷积波束形成能够显著提高分辨率,更准确地识别声源;224 Hz风扇叶片通过频率和400~1200 Hz频段的噪声水平较高,分别占声源计算面总噪声的17.7%和49.1%;冷却液入口是最主要的噪声辐射路径、进气口次之、出气口相对较弱。为该电机声学性能的改善指明了方向。 |

In order to identify the noise radiation paths of a motor cooling system, an experiment was carried out and studied based on FFT-NNLS deconvolution beamforming method. Three conclusions could be drawn from the experiment. Firstly, in contrast to conventional beamforming, FFT-NNLS deconvolution beamforming helps to improve the spatial resolution dramatically, thus identifying sound sources more precisely. Secondly, the noise level at the blade passing frequency namely 224 Hz and the one in the frequency range from 400 Hz to 1200 Hz are relatively high, which respectively are 17.7% and 49.1% of the total noise level in the sound source calculation face. Finally, the cooling liquid entrance is the most dominant noise radiation path, the air inlet follows and the air outlet radiates relatively less noise. These conclusions point out directions to improve the motor’s acoustical performance. |
