      研究一种低频声波测量油井内液面深度的方法,采用电磁式扬声器产生伪随机码调制的低频声波作为探测信号,通过对回波信号的解码和相关检测处理可以抑制背景噪声的干扰,克服冲击声波法测井设备寿命短的缺陷。设计油井液面检测的硬件和软件系统,并对不同载波和信噪比下的回波信号作了仿真分析,仿真分析结果表明,该方法在低信噪比情况下,仍具有良好的辨识效果,在实验室内对原理样机的声学特性进行了试验,实现了连续发射低频声波和回波信号检测的功能。
英文摘要:
      Study a method of oil well liquid level detection with low-frequency acoustic wave. Electromagnetic loudspeaker is adopted to produce pseudorandom code modulation acoustic wave as detect signal. Short life defects of acoustic pulse logging instrument was overcomed. Through the decoding and correlation detection of echo signal, background noise can be restrained. The hardware and software of oil well liquid level detection system was designed. Meanwhile, simulation is made in different carrier and different SNR with digital signal pressing method, it shows there is a good results of echo identification even in low SNR. Acoustic characteristics of the prototype is tested in the laboratory, and continuous firing of low-frequency acoustic wave and function of echo signal detection are realized.
