为研究烟火药水下燃烧声辐射机理,采用烟火药和压缩氮气喷射声源对比的研究方法,利用水声测试系统,实验研究不同体积流量下两种声源装置的声辐射规律。结果表明,烟火药水下燃烧声源与压缩氮气声源的声辐射特征相似,辐射频率主要集中在0-1000Hz内,峰值频率均位于100Hz附近,总声压级、峰值声压级均随着气体流量增加而增强。当气体流量从60ml/s增加到84ml/s时,烟火药峰值声压级由155 dB增加到163 dB,0-1000Hz内总声压级由159dB增加到165dB,当喷气流量从70ml/s增加到141ml/s时,压缩氮气源峰值声压级由136dB增加到139dB,0-1000Hz内总声压级由144dB增加到147dB。当气体流量相近时,烟火药相比压缩氮气声压级相差显著,其声压级均高于同频率下压缩氮气源,两者的峰值声压级分别为157dB、139dB,相差18dB,0-1000Hz内总声压级分别为160dB、147dB,相差13dB。 |

In order to study the acoustic radiation mechanism of pyrotechnic combustion, we adopted the comparative research methods of pyrotechnic and compressed nitrogen. The acoustic radiation characteristics of two different sound source in different volume flow was investigated by using the underwater acoustic test system. The results showed the acoustic radiation characteristics of pyrotechnic combustion was similar to the compressed nitrogen and the radiation frequency was mainly centralized in the range of 0-1000 Hz , of which the peak frequency was about 100 Hz. Besides, the SPL and the peak SPL were enhanced with the increase of gas flowing. As the gas flowing increased from 60 ml/s to 84ml/s, the peak SPL of pyrotechnic increased from 155 dB to 163 dB and the SPL in the range of 0-1000 Hz increased from 159 dB to 165dB. The peak SPL of compressed nitrogen source increased from 136 dB to 139 dB and the SPL in the range of 0-1000 Hz increased from 144 dB to 147 dB with the gas flowing increasing from 70 ml/s to 141 ml/s . Compared with the compressed nitrogen source, the SPL of underwater pyrotechnic combustion was higher at the same frequency, the peak SPL of them were separately 157 dB and 139 dB and the SPL in the range of 0-1000 Hz were separately 160 dB and 147 dB . The peak SPL and the SPL of underwater pyrotechnic combustion in the range of 0-1000 Hz were 18dB and 13dB more than the compressed nitrogen source at the similar gas flowing. |
