设计了一种小型球形宽带发射换能器,换能器由正六面体基座、六个压电晶堆和弧形辐射面组成,是一种球形空间对称结构。球形设计使得换能器内部结构紧凑,而且在体积一定的情况下具有最佳的辐射阻,是一种高效的小型大功率无指向性声源。采用有限元方法对换能器进行了优化设计并研制了换能器样品。水池测试结果表明,该换能器样品的工作带宽为2.6kHz~5.2kHz,最大声源级达到200dB以上,电声效率50%左右,优质因子FOMm达到36W/kHz?kg。 |

A novel spherical transducer is proposed, which is a symmetric structure consisting of a regular hexahedron tail mass, six piezoelectric ceramic stacks and arc-shaped head masses. The spherical shape design achieving a compact structure and optimal radiation resistance makes the transducer an efficient and high-power omni-directional underwater acoustic source. The finite element method is applied to analyze the transducer and obtain the optimum design parameters. Then, a prototype is developed and tested. The tested results show that the bandwidth of the transducer is about 2.6kHz~5.2kHz and the maximum source level reaches 200dB, while the electroacoustic efficiency is about 50% and the figure of merit FOMm is 36W/kHz?kg. |
