本文介绍了汽车车关门声品质的客观评价方法和评价参数以及关门声品质影响因素等方面的研究现状。在此基础上,针对某SUV车型车门关门声音的响度和尖锐度偏大的问题,进行了关门声的客观测试和特性分析,结合正交试验设计,建立关门声品质优化模型,针对关门声音振颤的问题,结合CAE分析,确定了车门外板模态敏感区域,并对该区域进行了加强处理,措施实施后关门声音的响度、尖锐度以及振颤均达到了更好的水平,且关门声主观评价也有明显提升。 |

Objective methods of evaluating door closing sound quality and assessment parameters were introduced in this paper . Main elements that related to door closing sound quality were listed. According to objective tests, orthogonal experiments were designed to choose the best group of lock structures which has the lowest loudness and sharpness. In order to optimize the ring-down time, damper were added on the modal area of the outer metal plate of the door, referencing the results of CAE calculation, to strengthen the door’s stiffness. The door closing sound quality has been optimized significantly, while the values of loudness, sharpness and ring-down time are rated to a better level. The score of subjective evaluation is improved 0.75 of the front door and 1.09 of the rear door. |
