针对低信噪比下单载波频域均衡(SC-FDE)信道估计精度低导致均衡效果差的问题,提出了一种改进的基追踪去噪(BPDN)稀疏水声信道估计方法。该方法利用低信噪比下BPDN算法对稀疏信道主要抽头的估计具有稳定特性,采用对多次估计信道结果进行累积然后提取主要抽头的方法,提高了稀疏信道的估计精度。文中首先证明了低信噪比下BPDN估计信道主要抽头具有稳定性,提出在SC-FDE系统中采用延拓PN序列作为导频,利用BPDN算法多次进行信道估计,再对估计结果进行累积,然后门限判决提取主要抽头得到最终估计值,从而提升了稀疏信道估计精度。仿真对比了改进BPDN算法与匹配滤波(MF)、最小平方(LS)以及传统BPDN信道估计算法的性能以及对SC-FDE的误码率影响,结果表明在仿真的稀疏水声信道条件下,改进BPDN信道估计算法具有更优的估计精度,在SC-FDE系统中可以提高约3dB的接收信噪比增益。 |

Since single carrier frequency domain equalization (SC-FDE) channel estimation is imprecise under the condition of low SNR, and lead to low equalization accuracy, an improved basis pursuit denoising (BPDN) estimation method for sparse channel is proposed. The method using the property that BPDN algorithm is stable for sparse signal estimation at low SNR, multiple channel estimation and tap accumulation then extract main tap method is adopted to improve the accuracy of channel estimation. This paper studies the BPDN channel estimation is stability at low SNR, the extended PN sequence is proposed as pilot in SC-FDE system,multiple the channel estimation using BPDN estimation, get the decision after the cumulative estimates then extract main tap, significantly enhance the sparse channel estimation accuracy. The simulation analysis of the improved BPDN algorithm with matched filter (MF), least square (LS) and the traditional BPDN channel estimation performance and the BER of SC-FDE, the results show that under the condition of sparse underwater acoustic channel simulation, improved BPDN has better channel estimation accuracy, the received SNR gain can be increased by about 3dB under the SC-FDE system. |
