      针对某柴油皮卡车型在急加油门时出现的高频噪声,利用声学滤波技术确定其噪声能量主要分布在9000-14000Hz频段。接着采用近场声学测试、声振频谱分析等方法锁定噪声源来自EGR冷却器进气口波纹管段。借助CFD分析,发现波纹管进气口及其下游的进气室呈现明显大涡流,形成噪声源。通过优化设计,该现象得到明显改善。最后通过整车试验验证,结果显示优化效果良好。

      A high frequency noise in pickup’s driving cab is studied in this paper. In order to diagnose the problem filtering analysis was used. The noise is mainly between 9000 to 14000Hz. After finishing the near field acoustic test and acoustic vibration spectrum analysis test, it is confirmed that the noise comes from the bellows of EGR cooler. CFD results show that large eddies appear near the bellows of EGR cooler by CFD technology. This is bad for noise. A study shows that this phenomenon is improved with an optimization design. At last, the sample is tested in the pickup, and the results show it is effective.
