Synthetic aperture stripe imaging has been proposed for radar imaging since the 1950s and successfully applied to environmental resource monitoring, disaster monitoring, maritime management, and militaries. In recent years, with the development of science and technology, the synthetic aperture imaging is becoming more and more mature and has been widely used in other fields. The applications and development of the synthetic aperture stripe imaging in radar, sonar, nondestructive test and medical imaging are reviewed briefly in this paper. |
