      本文提出入射光面转动的新型工作模式TeO2声光偏转器.入射光面转动指k波矢位在[110]-z’平面,[110]-z’平面是[110]-[001]面绕[110]轴转动一定角度而得.这种器件的特点是:比通常的偏转器具有更高的衍射效率和更宽的动态范围.
英文摘要:
      We report have a new mode of TeO2 acousto-optic deflector with rotated optical incident plane, which means that the optical vector k lies in the [110]-z’ plane, obtained from the [110]-[001]plane through a rotation around the [110]axis with a small angle.This device has high diffraction efficiency and improved dynamic range compared with the conventional TeO2 deflector.
