      为了在应力测量中更好地测量超声波的纵波声速和横波声速,提高测量的精度和准确性,本文研究了一种由两种不同频率的纵波晶片(f11=2MHz,f12=5MHz)和两片偏振方向相互垂直的横波晶片(ft=5MHz)组成的复合型超声波探头,研究了它的几种组合的发射与接收MASON等效电路图,并报道了它的一些实验结果.
英文摘要:
      In order to achieve better measurements of ultrasonic velocities of longitude wave and shear wave, as to raise the measurement precision and location acuracy a compound ultrasonic transducer, which consists of two longitudinal wave wafers of different frequencies (f11 =2MHz,f12=5MHz) and two shear wave wafers of the same fre-quency(ft=5MHz), was designed. Its MASON equivalent circuits of emission and receip-tion for different combination were investigated. Some experimental results are presented.
