| The paper presents the basic theory, the experimefltal steps and some results by using an ultrasonic wave method to quickly prepare pathologic sections of the living human body, which have the same quality as the normal paraffin wax sections. When used in high-speed pathology diagnosis for clinical inspection, the ultrasonic wave method might replace the expensive homoiothermal freezing section method. |
