| in this paper, a new concept for sound scattering measurement of the material surface is introduced: first, measure the system impulse response by correlation using the M-sequence as input signal, next, add a time-window depending on the arrival times of the direct-arrival impulse and the scattering reflected impulses to sift out the scattering impulse, and then perform the directional contrast. The above concept’s basic principle and several key problems are discussed. In addition, one specific measuring system and a representative measurement are shown. |
