The ultrasonic power radiated by a high power transducer can be determined when the vibration displacement (velocity) on its surface is measured by a laser interferometer. The experimental results for a ultrasonic power transducer show that its nominal electroacoustic power transformation efficiency can be higher than 0.40, when the cavitation exists in water. |
