| In this paper, a new rnethod for the measurement of velocity ratio of high power ultrasonic vibrating systems is presented. Compared with traditional methods,this method converts the measurement of mechanical quantities into electrical quantities,and absolute meastirement into comparative measurement. Therefore, the measurement precision can be increased, and the requirement for the equlpment is lowered. This method can be used in practical applications. |
