This paper presents the progress and application of several types of sono-chernistry reactor such as jet generator, cleaner, amplitude transformer, cup, parallel plate, and pipe, which are used in the water treatment. It is also pointed out that in order to adopt ultrasonic technology to the practical project of water treatment, we have to develop as soon as possible the basic research and application technology on the sono-chemistry reactor which is to be highly effective and will large volume on continuous-flow treatment capability. |
