超声换能器在超声应用领域有着广泛应用,提高换能效率一直是超声换能器的研究重点。在驱动电源与换能器之间接入阻抗匹配电路,进而提高换能器的激励电流,是有效提升超声换能器换能效率的主要措施之一。根据磁致伸缩超声换能器的等效电路模型和阻抗匹配理论,本文设计了一种优化的π型匹配网络。该网络具有调谐、变阻和滤波的功能,适用于工作在中、低频超声频率范围内的磁致伸缩超声换能器系统的阻抗匹配。仿真和实验结果表明:接入该π型阻抗匹配网络后,驱动电源与换能器之间实现了最大功率传输、换能器的工作带宽提升了133%、换能器两端电信号的波形质量得到优化、换能器输入电流提升了40%,本研究可为磁致伸缩超声换能器的普遍应用奠定基础。 |

Ultrasonic transducers are widely used in the field of ultrasound applications. Improving the efficiency of transduction has always been the research focus of ultrasound transducers. Inserting an impedance matching circuit between the driving power supply and the transducer to further increase the excitation current of the transducer is one of the main measures to effectively improve the transducer efficiency of the ultrasonic transducer. According to the equivalent circuit model and impedance matching theory of magnetostrictive ultrasonic transducer, an optimized π-type matching network is designed in this paper. The network has the functions of tuning, variable resistance and filtering, and is suitable for impedance matching of magnetostrictive ultrasonic transducer systems operating in the mid- and low-frequency ultrasonic frequency ranges. Simulation and experimental results show that: after accessing the π-type impedance matching network, the maximum power transmission between the driving power supply and the transducer is achieved, the working bandwidth of the transducer is increased by 133%, and the waveform of the electrical signal at both ends of the transducer The quality is optimized and the input current of the transducer is increased by 40%. This study can lay the foundation for the universal application of magnetostrictive ultrasonic transducers. |
