油浸式变压器是电力电网系统中最重要的输变电设备,其安全运行状态是整个电网正常运行的关键。针对被动式热点定位方法中故障点发出超声波信号过小的问题,本文提出一种主动式超声波热点定位方法,利用超声波发生器和发射探头向变压器内部发射超声波信号,再通过安装在变压器外壁上的超声波接收器接收穿过变压器内部并且携带温度信息的超声波信号,这些信号经由高灵敏度采集卡采集后传输至上位机处理系统中,通过数据处理从原始信号中精准提取出TDOA(Time Differences of Arrival)信息,并构建成详尽数据集。这一数据集不仅反映了超声波在不同温度条件下的传播特性,还携带了变压器内部热点位置信息。通过引入XGBoost(Extreme Gradient Boosting)机器学习算法进行深度训练,实现对变压器内部热点位置定位。为验证所提出的通过超声波实现变压器内部热点定位的可行性和准确性,设计了变压器内部热点定位试验方案,并搭建了超声波实验平台。结果表明:本方法能够实现变压器内部热点定位,并且在对于温度梯度明显区域具有较好定位精度,准确率最高可以达到98.07%。 |

Oil-immersed transformers are the most important power transmission and transformation equipment in the power grid system, and their safe operation status is crucial to the normal operation of the entire grid. Aiming at the problem of excessively small ultrasonic signals emitted from the fault point in passive methods of hot spot localization, a method of hot spot localization by active ultrasonic is proposed. An ultrasonic generator and an emitting probe are utilized to transmit ultrasonic signals into the transformer interior. The ultrasonic signals that pass through the transformer interior and carry temperature information are then received by ultrasonic receivers installed on the outer wall of the transformer. These signals are collected by a high-sensitivity acquisition card and transmitted to the host computer processing system.
