尽管三次采油技术显著提升了原油的采收率,但油田化学品在输送过程中引起的金属管道腐蚀问题越来越严重。目前已有研究探讨了聚驱采油和超声波单独对金属腐蚀的影响,但它们共同作用下对金属腐蚀的影响机理尚不明确。因此本实验采用了超声、聚丙烯酰胺及超声协同聚丙烯酰胺作为腐蚀环境,经过120 h的电化学测试、XRD分析及表面分析技术等方法研究并表征了不同体系下金属腐蚀的情况。实验结果表明,金属的腐蚀速率从大到小依次为:空白组>超声+聚合物组>超声组>聚合物组。因为聚丙烯酰胺分子的长链结构有利于在钢表面形成疏水层,使水分子与钢表面隔离,其电化学阳极过程被促进,金属腐蚀速率最慢且腐蚀程度最小。在超声处理体系下金属表面生成了较为致密的腐蚀产物但由于OH-的产生致使前期抑制金属腐蚀程度弱于聚合物体系。两者共同作用时超声导致聚合物粘度降低,抑制溶解氧的扩散,表面形成松散且具有导电性的Fe3O4等腐蚀产物,削弱了对金属腐蚀的抑制性。 |

Although tertiary recovery technology has significantly improved the recovery of crude oil, the corrosion of metal pipelines caused by the transportation of oilfield chemicals is becoming more and more serious. At present, the effects of pillowing oil recovery and ultrasonic alone on metal corrosion have been discussed. However, the mechanism of their combined effect on metal corrosion is not clear. Therefore, in this experiment, ultrasound, polyacrylamide and ultrasound synergistic polyacrylamide were used as corrosive environments, and the corrosion of metals under different systems was investigated and characterized by 120h of electrochemical tests, XRD analyses and surface analysis techniques. The experimental results show that the corrosion rates of the metals are in descending order: Control group > ultrasonic HPAM group > ultrasonic group > HPAM group. Because the long chain structure of the HPAM molecule is conducive to the formation of a hydrophobic layer on the steel surface, so that the water molecules are isolated from the steel surface. Thus, the electrochemical anodic process is promoted and the metal corrodes at the slowest rate and to the least extent. In the ultrasonic treatment system, a dense corrosion product is generated on the metal surface, but the OH- generation results in a weaker inhibition of metal corrosion in the early stage than in the polymer system. However, when the two joint action of ultrasound leads to a reduction in polymer viscosity, inhibiting the diffusion of dissolved oxygen, the surface formation of loose and conductive Fe3O4 and other corrosion products, weakening the inhibition of metal corrosion. |
