多普勒海流计测速精度的校准方法研究 |

多普勒海流计在海洋调查与勘探、船舶航速测量等方面得到广泛应用,标定其测速的精度是有重要意义的。针对拖曳水槽标定存在的误差膨胀以及PIV测速精度有限的问题,研制了流速连续可调的立式循环水槽,并采取了避免声学共振的措施,采用超级多普勒激光测速仪(Ultra LDV)标定工作段的流速,以此流速作为基准值完成对多普勒海流计测速精度的计量校准。在流速范围为0.01m/s~3m/s内, 采用超级激光多普勒测速仪标定的工作段流速的合成测量不确定度不大于4.4mm/s。通过对一多普勒海流计进行试验测试,发现电缆的卡门涡街效应引起的振动会造成一定的测速偏差,采用螺旋线技术能够减少该偏差,计算了所标定多普勒海流计测速精度的测量不确定度。研究结果为多普勒海流计测速精度的准确计量奠定了基础。 |

The Doppler current meter has been widely used in marine investigation and exploration, ship speed measurement, etc. It is of great significance to calibrate the accuracy of its speed measurement. To solve the issues of error expansion and PIV measurement accuracy limitation in the calibration of towed water tanks, a continuously adjusted flow velocity vertical circulating water tank for calibrating Doppler current meters has been developed and the measures are taken to avoid acoustic resonance. The ultra Doppler Laser Velocimeter (Ultra LDV) is used to calibrate the flow velocity of the working section, and the flow velocity is used as the reference value to complete the metrological calibration of the Doppler current meter measurement accuracy. The combined measurement uncertainty of the flow velocity in the working section calibrated with an ultra LDV within the flow velocity range of 0.01m/s to 3m/s can not exceed 4.4mm/s. Through experimental testing of a Doppler current meter, we have found that the vibration caused by the Karman vortex street effect of the cable can cause certain velocity measurement deviation. The use of spiral line technology can reduce this deviation, and the measurement uncertainty of the calibrated Doppler current meter velocity measurement accuracy was calculated. The research results can lay the foundation for the accurate measurement of the velocity measurement accuracy of Doppler current meters. |
