对于圆柱结构中超声导波的传播,材料阻尼不仅会引起各模态能量的衰减,而且会影响导波频散。本文采用有限元仿真和试验相结合的方式对超声导波在阻尼介质中的传播特性进行研究。对高强钢丝进行有阻尼和无阻尼的波导传播仿真计算,通过绘制三维波数-频率曲线探究了有、无阻尼对导波求解根的影响,深入分析了能量速度在截止频率前后的规律。通过提取的各模态的衰减因子对导波传播过程中的衰减特性进行了研究。最后对高强钢丝开展超声导波试验,对实测和理论的导波频散曲线进行对比分析,验证阻尼对导波传播特性的影响。 |

For ultrasonic guided wave propagation in cylindrical structures, material damping not only causes the attenuation of each mode energy, but also affects the dispersion of guided wave. In this paper, the propagation characteristics of ultrasonic guided waves in damped media are studied by means of finite element simulation and experiment. The influence of damping and damping on the solution root of guided wave is investigated by drawing a three-dimensional wave-frequency curve, and the law of energy velocity before and after the cutoff frequency is analyzed. The attenuation characteristics of guided wave propagation are studied by extracting attenuation factors of each mode. Finally, ultrasonic guided wave test is carried out on high-strength steel wire, and the measured and theoretical guided wave dispersion curves are compared and analyzed to verify the influence of damping on guided wave propagation characteristics. |
