      核电厂衬胶管道在长期使用过程中易因制造缺陷或衬胶老化导致衬胶层破损脱落,进而影响管道的输运效率和安全性。针对此类缺陷的无损检测需求,提出了基于时域信号衰减特征拾取的超声谐振检测方法。搭建了超声谐振检测系统,选择管壁超声谐振频率激励并采集超声谐振时域信号,采用指数型衰减曲线拟合时域信号包络线,计算时域信号衰减率,并通过探头机械扫查检出脱粘缺陷,建立了衬胶管道粘接结构有限元模型并进行了模拟计算验证;实验和模拟结果表明超声谐振信号对粘接界面刚度的敏感性很高,可通过拾取时域信号衰减特征以有效检出衬胶-金属脱粘缺陷。实验和仿真分别验证了超声谐振时域衰减对于衬胶管道脱粘缺陷检测的有效性。

      In the long-term operation process of the rubber-lined pipes in nuclear power plants, the rubber lining is prone to damage and detachment due to manufacturing defects or aging of the rubber lining, which will further affect the transportation efficiency and safety of the pipes. In response to the non-destructive testing requirements for such defects, an ultrasonic resonance detection method based on the extraction of attenuation characteristics of time-domain signals is proposed. An ultrasonic resonance detection system is set up. The ultrasonic resonance frequency of the pipe wall is selected to excite and collect the ultrasonic resonance time-domain signals. The exponential decay curve is used to fit the envelope of the time-domain signals, and the attenuation rate of the time-domain signals is calculated. The debonding defects are detected through the mechanical scanning of the probe. A finite element model of the bonding structure of the rubber-lined pipe is established and verified by simulation calculations. The experimental and simulation results show that the ultrasonic resonance signals are highly sensitive to the stiffness of the bonding interface, and the rubber-metal debonding defects can be effectively detected by extracting the attenuation characteristics of the time-domain signals. The experiments and simulations respectively verify the effectiveness of the ultrasonic resonance time-domain attenuation in detecting the debonding defects of rubber-lined pipes.
