Ultrasound phased array imaging exists a resolution threshold affected by acoustic diffraction. Traditional total focus method cannot distinguish adjacent defects with internal defect spacing less than the resolution threshold in concrete. This paper proposes time reversal total focus method to first improve the imaging resolution, and then design a super-resolution reconstruction method that includes a lightweight network model with skip connections and residual blocks. Based on the time reversal total focus method image, damage features are extracted, noise interference is removed, and super-resolution reconstruction is achieved. The experimental results show that this method can break through the limitations of the Rayleigh criterion, effectively identify adjacent defects within concrete that are below the resolution threshold, achieve a detection accuracy of 99.69%, and achieve super-resolution reconstruction of defects. |
