从油田开发实际情况来看,在第一界面胶结良好的井段进行射孔,会因第二界面胶结差引起部分地层间流体窜槽,因此,研究第二界面胶结质量的评价方法是一项急需解决的工作。本文在中海油服自主研发的扇区水泥胶结成像测井仪器 CBMT 基础上,采用反褶积等算法,对数值模拟的CBMT 仪器贴井壁测量的全波波形进行水泥环第二界面成像处理,并分析第一界面、第二界面不同胶结情况下的成像效果。通过成像分析得出,在水泥环第一界面胶结良好时,可以对水泥环第二界面胶结状况较好地成像;在水泥环第一界面胶结差时,较难评价水泥环第二界面的胶结状况。 |

From the actual situation of oilfield development, perforating in the well section with good cementing at the first interface may cause some fluid channel between formations due to poor cementing at the second interface. Therefore, it is an urgent work to study the evaluation method of cementing quality at the second interface. In this paper, based on the instrument CBMT(Cement bond mappting tool)developed by COSL, using deconvolution and other algorithms, the second interface imaging processing is carried out on the full waveform of numerical simulation, and the imaging effects of the first interface and the second interface under different cementing conditions are analyzed. Through imaging analysis, it is concluded that when the first interface of the cement ring is well cemented, the second interface of the cement ring can be well imaged. It is difficult to evaluate the cementing condition of the second interface of cement ring when the first interface of cement ring is poorly cemented. |
