次声传感器是实现次声监测技术的核心功能模块,对传感器声压灵敏度的校准是保证监测数据稳定可靠的关键。次声监测技术是CTBTO禁核试核查、爆炸应急监测、泥石流、火山监测的重要技术手段,一般应用于野外全天时监测,因此,开发便携式次声传感器校准装置很有实用意义。为方便实现对外场次声传感器的测量,本文基于扬声器激励、薄膜密封的活塞式结构作为标准次声源实现了一种便携式次声校准装置,该装置采用成熟化技术方案和模块化设计,具有组装方便、体积小、重量轻和工作稳定等优点;以B K 4193-L-004 型传声器单元为测量对象分析了该装置的不确定度,在校准频率0.1 Hz~20 Hz范围内,合成标准不确定度在0.2 dB以内,扩展不确定度优于0.4 dB(k=2);利用该装置分别对MB3a型和自研次声传感器进行了校准,前者的校准结果在生厂商规格说明范围内,后者与中国计量科学研究院的校准结果相近(误差小于7.5%),测试结果表明该装置可用于次声传感器的校准。 |

The infrasound sensor is the core functional module to realize the infrasound monitoring technology. The calibration of the infrasound sensor"s pressure sensitivity is the key to ensuring the stability and reliability of the monitoring data. Infrasound monitoring technology is an important technical means for CTBTO nuclear test ban verification, explosion emergency monitoring, debris flow, and volcano monitoring. It is generally used for all-day monitoring in the field. Therefore, it is of practical significance to develop a portable infrasound sensor calibration device. In order to facilitate the measurement of infrasound sensors in the field, this paper implements a portable infrasound calibration device based on speaker excitation and membrane-sealed piston structure as the standard infrasound source. The device adopts mature technical solutions and modular design, which is easy to assemble, small in size, light weight and stable operation, etc. Using B K 4193-L-004 microphone unit as the measurement object, the uncertainty of the device is analyzed.
