为探索空调外机轴流风叶尾缘结构变化引起的气动声学变化,参照国标噪声测量方法,搭建传声器阵列,测量不同尾缘结构风叶在不同转速下的声压级信息;采用波束形成技术,探究不同尾缘结构风叶在不同转速下的声源位置分布规律。结果表明:与原风叶对比,尾缘凹陷结构风叶、尾缘微孔结构风叶、尾缘锯齿结构风叶均能有效降低气动噪声,其中尾缘凹陷结构风叶可降低噪声1.93 dB-2.78 dB;原风叶、尾缘微孔结构风叶、尾缘锯齿结构风叶声源位置随频段的增加逐渐远离旋转中心,其中在频段Ⅰ四种风叶声源位置都位于轮毂和叶根附近,在频段Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ尾缘凹陷结构风叶声源位置分布在尾缘凹陷结构区域附近。为优化风叶气动声学性能提供试验参考。 |

In order to explore the Aerodynamic of the axial flow airfoil of the air conditioner changes caused by the structural changes of the trailing edge, a microphone array was built with reference to the national standard noise measurement method to measure the sound pressure level information of different trailing edge structure airfoils at different rotational speeds; the beamforming technique was used to explore the sound source location distribution law of different trailing edge structure airfoils at different rotational speeds. The results show that: compared with the original airfoil, the trailing edge recessed structure airfoil, trailing edge microporous structure airfoil and trailing edge serrated structure airfoil can effectively reduce the aerodynamic noise, among which the trailing edge recessed structure airfoil can reduce the noise by 1.93 dB-2.78 dB; the sound source locations of the prototype airfoil, trailing edge microporous structure airfoil and trailing edge serrated structure airfoil inch by inch move away from the rotation centre with the increase of band, among which the sound source locations of the four airfoils in frequency band Ⅰ in frequency band Ⅰ, the sound source locations of the four types of the airfoil are located near the hub and the root, and in band Ⅱ, Ⅲ and Ⅳ, the sound source locations of the trailing edge recessed structure airfoil are distributed near the trailing edge recessed structure area. It provides a test reference for optimizing the Aerodynamic performance of the airfoil. |
