高温换能器研究是高温仪器研制的关键技术之一,也是制约仪器提高工作温度的主要技术瓶颈。针对这一瓶颈,本文从材料选型和工艺改良两个方面开展技术攻关,研发了耐温达200摄氏度偶极子发射换能器,样机耐温性能测试表明其能够在200℃下连续工作12个小时而不损坏,声性能测试样机最大发射电压响应为124dB,具有与现用换能器相当的辐射性能,样机尺寸及工作频率与现用换能器几乎完全一致,可以方便地对现用仪器进行升级。目前搭载该样机的仪器已经通过孤古8实验井测试,并在新疆顺北油田现场近9000米井下取得高质量数据,达到设计目的。本论文为开展更高温换能器研发提供了详细的研究思路。 |

The research of high-temperature transducer is one of the key technologies in the development of high-temperature logging instrument, and it is also the main technical bottleneck restricting the operating temperature of the instrument. Focusing on this shortcoming, this paper carries out technical researches from the following two aspects: material selections and process improvement, and finally a 200℃ dipole transducer sample is successfully developed. The results of sample temperature test show that it can work continuously at 200℃ more than 12 hours without damage. The transmitting voltage response is up to 124dB, which is nearly the same as that of current dipole transducer at room temperature. The dimension of the sample is totally the same as that currently used in logging instrument, so it is very convenient to upgrade current instrument. Now the sample carried in the instrument has passed the test of GUGU8 experimental well, and also has obtained high quality data in the nearly 9000m deep well of the ShunBei oilfield in Xinjiang province,which achieves the beginning design purpose. This paper provides a new research thinking for developing higher temperature transducer. |
