      为实现接地扁钢腐蚀缺陷方便且快速的检测,提出了基于电磁超声SH波检测接地扁钢腐蚀缺陷的方法。建立接地扁钢及其腐蚀缺陷的三维有限元仿真模型,分析接地扁钢中SH0波的传播情况以及其缺陷检测时的衰减特性,结果表明,随着SH0波传播距离的增大,其回波信号位移幅值减小,且下降幅度逐渐减缓,并有转向稳定的趋势;腐蚀缺陷深度和长度增加会导致回波信号幅值增大,而腐蚀缺陷宽度对回波幅值影响很小。通过试验探究不同腐蚀缺陷对检测结果的影响,验证了电磁超声SH0波检测接地扁钢腐蚀缺陷的可行性。仿真和试验结果表明,电磁超声检测方法可以准确判断接地扁钢缺陷的位置。该方法为现场接地扁钢腐蚀缺陷的检测以及量化识别提供新思路,具有重要参考价值。

      In order to achieve convenient and rapid detection of corrosion defects in grounded flat steel, a method based on electromagnetic ultrasonic SH wave detection of corrosion defects in grounded flat steel is proposed. Establish a three-dimensional finite element simulation model of grounded flat steel and its corrosion defects, analyze the propagation of SH0 wave in grounded flat steel and its attenuation characteristics of defect detection, the results show that, with the increase of SH0 wave propagation distance, its echo signal displacement amplitude decreases, and the decline gradually slowed down, and has a tendency to turn stable; corrosion defect depth and length will lead to an increase in the echo signal amplitude, while the corrosion Defect width on the echo amplitude effect is very small. Through the test to explore the impact of different corrosion defects on the detection results, to verify the feasibility of electromagnetic ultrasound SH0 wave detection of corrosion defects of grounded flat steel. Simulation and test results show that the electromagnetic ultrasonic detection method can accurately determine the location of grounding flat steel defects. This method provides new ideas for the detection of corrosion defects of grounded flat steel in the field as well as quantitative identification, which has important reference value.
