为了快速准确地检测盾构隧道的注浆质量,提出一种超声相控阵检测的方法。通过改进粒子群遗传算法(GA-PSO)来优化换能器的布设,并提出GA-VMD-SG集成算法对超声信号进行降噪处理,同时对超声相控阵检测注浆质量的过程进行数值模拟,结合两种算法和缺陷回波来验证检测效果。结果表明:通过GA-PSO算法优化后的超声相控阵32阵元和128阵元的最大旁瓣值分别为-40.96dB和-48.22dB,在降低换能器成本和成像数据量的情况下能保持较好的声学性能;GA-VMD-SG算法优化超声回波后的 值为16.6774, 值为0.1943,降噪效果较好;对数值模拟数据进行回波分析可以有效检验注浆缺陷,验证了基于阵列优化及降噪算法的隧道注浆超声相控阵检测是可行有效的。 |

In order to quickly and accurately detect the grouting quality of shield tunnels, an ultrasonic phased array detection method is proposed. The particle swarm genetic algorithm (GA-PSO) is improved to optimize the transducer deployment, and the GA-VMD-SG integrated algorithm is proposed for noise reduction of ultrasonic signals, while the process of ultrasonic phased array detection of grouting quality is numerically simulated, and the two algorithms and defect echoes are combined to verify the detection effect. The results show that the maximum partials of ultrasonic phased array 32 and 128 arrays optimized by GA-PSO algorithm are -40.96 dB and -48.22 dB, respectively, which can maintain better acoustic performance with reduced transducer cost and imaging data volume; the value of optimized ultrasonic echo by GA-VMD-SG algorithm is 16.6774 and value is 0.1943, with a good noise reduction effect; the echo analysis of numerical simulation data can effectively check the grouting defects, which verifies that the ultrasonic phased array detection of tunnel grouting based on array optimization and noise reduction algorithm is feasible and effective. |
