作为一种新型的机械连接技术,自冲铆接技术已广泛的应用于车身制造中。本文选用5A06铝合金作为试验板材,使用自冲铆接工艺与超声焊接工艺制备自冲铆接头与超声自冲铆接头,通过常温拉伸与低温拉伸方法探究超声振动对自冲铆接头力学性能的影响。结果表明:超声金属焊接能够有效的提升自冲铆接头在常温与低温环境下的力学性能;低温下超声自冲铆接头脆性增加,一定程度上降低了接头的稳定性,出现了多种失效形式;低温下自冲铆接头与超声自冲铆接头断口呈脆性断裂形貌;在超声自冲铆接头内部观察到超声固相焊痕,接头内部出现了冶金连接。 |

As a new type of mechanical connection technology, self-piercing riveting technology has been widely used in body manufacturing. In this paper, 5A06 aluminum alloy was selected as the test plate, self-piercing riveting joints and ultrasonic self-piercing riveting joints were prepared by self-piercing riveting process and ultrasonic welding process, and the influence of ultrasonic vibration on the mechanical properties of self-piercing riveting joints was explored by normal temperature stretching and low temperature stretching methods. The results show that ultrasonic metal welding can effectively improve the mechanical properties of self-piercing riveting joints in room temperature and low temperature environments. The brittleness of ultrasonic self-piercing riveting joints increases at low temperatures, which reduces the stability of the joints to a certain extent, and a variety of failure forms appear. The fractures of self-piercing riveting joints and ultrasonic self-piercing riveting joints at low temperature showed brittle fracture morphology. Ultrasonic solid-phase weld marks were observed inside the ultrasonic self-piercing rivet joint, and metallurgical connections appeared inside the joint. |
