吸声结构可以有效的抑制噪声的声辐射,本文提出了一种颈管螺旋插入型的亥姆霍兹共振腔(SHR)与多孔材料复合的级联吸声结构。首先,通过理论分析、Comsol数值模拟与实验测试相结合的方法研究了SHR结构吸声机理及关键参数对吸声性能的影响规律,设计的低频宽带吸声结构(厚度60mm)的仿真与实验结果显示在120-160Hz频段内的吸声值均大于0.9。然后设计了多孔材料复合吸声结构(厚度260mm),实现了在100-10000Hz频带内的平均吸声系数至0.97,为工业降噪领域提供了新的解决方式。 |

The sound absorption structure can effectively suppress the acoustic radiation of noise. This paper presents a cascade sound absorption structure of Helmholtz resonance cavity (SHR) combined with porous material. First of all, firstly, through the combination of theoretical analysis, Comsol numerical simulation and experimental test, the simulation and experimental simulation results of the designed low-band sound absorption structure (60mm thickness) show that the sound absorption value in the 120-160Hz frequency band is greater than 0.9. Then, the composite sound absorption structure of porous material (thickness 260mm) is designed, which realizes the average sound absorption coefficient of 0.97 in the 100-10000Hz frequency band, providing a new solution for the field of industrial noise reduction. |
