针对裂纹声发射信号的降噪问题,该文提出了结合互补集合经验模态分解(CEEMD)与小波包(WPT)的CEEMD-WPT降噪方法。首先,此方法将传统CEEMD分解中使用的单一经验模态分解(EMD)分解改进为降噪效果更稳定的WPT-EMD分解;其次,分解后对其本征模态函数(IMF)进行了相关系数阈值判断,对低相关分量再次进行WPT处理。除此之外,为了解决难以量化真实信号降噪效果的问题,文中设计了新的量化指标“信号主区间系数(SPIC)”,并用仿真实验验证了该参数的可靠性。该文最后对公开数据集和裂纹实验信号进行了降噪实验,结果表明相较于传统CEEMD和小波阈值,CEEMD-WPT有着更好的降噪效果;并且CEEMD-WPT降噪统计方差小于CEEMD一个数量级,具有更强的稳定性。 |

Addressing the noise reduction problem of cracked acoustic emission signals, the paper proposes a CEEMD-WPT noise reduction method that combines Complementary Ensemble Empirical Modal Decomposition (CEEMD) and Wavelet Packet (WPT). Firstly, this method improves the single empirical modal decomposition (EMD) decomposition used in the traditional CEEMD decomposition into the WPT-EMD decomposition with a more stable noise reduction effect; Secondly, after decomposition, the threshold value of correlation coefficient is determined for the Intrinsic Mode Function (IMF), and the low correlation component was?processed again by WPT. In addition, in order to solve the problem that it is difficult to quantify the real signal noise reduction effect, a new quantization index "Signal Principal Interval Coefficient (SPIC)" was?designed in this paper, and the reliability of this parameter was?verified by experiments. Finally, the noise reduction experiment is carried out on the public data set and the crack experimental signal. The results show that compared with traditional CEEMD and wavelet threshold, CEEMD-WPT has a better noise reduction effect. Moreover, the statistical variance of CEEMD-WPT noise reduction is one order of magnitude smaller than that of CEEMD, which has stronger stability. |
