      骨质疏松症已成为危害人类健康的重大慢性疾病。考虑到长骨皮质骨骨质疏松症的临床表现其一为孔隙率增大,该文建立了充黏液孔隙介质圆柱壳模型,研究了超声导波纵向模态在充黏液孔隙介质圆柱壳中的传播规律。首先,推导出充黏液孔隙介质圆柱壳中超声导波纵向模态的频散方程。然后,运用数值方法求解得到其频散曲线,并与弹性介质圆柱壳进行对比;探讨了孔隙度对孔隙介质体波相速度的影响,重点分析了不同孔隙度下导波相速度和衰减特性,结合系统模态波结构分布确定了用孔隙度检查充黏液孔隙介质圆柱壳状态的适合模态和频率。结果表明,随着孔隙度的增大,在特定频率下圆柱壳中纵向模态的传播速度也随之减小;孔隙度不同时,在频段0~0.05 MHz,L(0,1) 模态的相速度变化与孔隙度有明显的直接关系。表明超声导波的传播特性参量可以反映皮质骨孔隙度的变化,也说明孔隙度是一种可诊断皮质骨骨质疏松的有效参数。

      Osteoporosis has become one of the major chronic diseases endangering human health. Considering that one of the clinical manifestations of cortical osteoporosis is increased porosity, this paper establishes a porous medium cylinder filled with viscous liquid, and investigates the propagation characteristics of ultrasonic guided waves. Firstly, the dispersion equation of the longitudinal modes in a porous medium cylinder filled with viscous liquid is derived. Then, the dispersion curves are obtained numerically, and compared with the elastic medium cylinder filled with viscous liquid. The effects of porosity and viscosity coefficient on the body wave phase velocity of porous medium are discussed, and the phase velocity and attenuation characteristics of the guided wave with different porosity are analyzed. The suitable mode and frequencies for checkingthe state of the porous medium cylinder filled with viscous liquid with porosity are determined by combining some modal wave structures of the coupled system. It is found that the propagation velocity of the longitudinal mode in the porous medium cylinder decreases with the porosity increasing at a specific frequency. The phase velocities of guided waves are highly sensitive to the porosity at the low-frequency domain (0~0.05 MHz). Those results demonstrate that the propagation characteristics of guided waves can be used to estimate the porosity in the cortical bone. Also, porosity is an effective parameter to identify cortical bone osteoporosis.
