探讨复合材料夹芯层结构十字舵声散射特性的影响规律,采用传递矩阵法与曲面板块元相结合的方法预报其声散射和目标强度。以复合材料夹芯层球壳为算例,将上述预报方法计算得到的目标强度结果与有限元结果进行对比,得到验证、确认。在此基础上,建立了水下复合材料夹芯层十字舵声散射快速预报模型,计算、分析了多层复合材料泊松比取值精度以及芯层弹性模量、密度和各层铺层角度等对夹芯层结构十字舵的声散射特性的影响。结果表明:传递矩阵法与曲面板块元法相结合,较快速预报了水下复合材料夹芯层壳体结构的声散射和目标强度;在水下使用复合材料夹芯层结构代替传统钢质结构,具有良好的声学调控效果;较确切地预报多层复合材料结构声散射和目标强度,泊松比应取小数点后三位以上。上述方法及计算结果,供预报、分析水下复合材料多层壳体结构声散射和目标强度参考。 |

Investigating the impact of composite sandwich layer structures on rudder acoustic scattering characteristics, a method combining the transfer matrix method with curved planar element is used to predict their acoustic scattering and target strength. Taking a composite sandwich layer spherical shell as an example, the target strength results calculated by the aforementioned prediction method are compared with finite element results for validation and confirmation. On this basis, a rapid prediction model for underwater composite sandwich layer rudder acoustic scattering is established, and the effects of multiple composite layer Poisson''s ratio precision, core layer elastic modulus, density, and the ply angles of each layer on the acoustic scattering characteristics of the sandwich layer structure rudder are calculated and analyzed. The results show that combining the transfer matrix method with the curved panel element method can rapidly predict the acoustic scattering and target strength of underwater composite sandwich layer shell structures; using composite sandwich layer structures underwater instead of traditional steel structures has good acoustic regulation effects; to accurately predict the acoustic scattering and target strength of multi-layer composite structures, the Poisson''s ratio should be taken to three decimal places or more. The above methods and calculation results are provided for reference in predicting and analyzing the acoustic scattering and target strength of underwater composite material multi-layer shell structures. |
