      为了解决对套筒灌浆饱满度的定量检测这一难题,提出了基于声发射技术的灌浆饱满度检测方法。根据水平灌浆和竖直灌浆这两种灌浆方式下的灌浆饱满度声发射技术检测试验,利用小波包分析不同灌浆饱满度声发射波形信号参数变化规律,探寻灌浆饱满度声发射检测方法。试验表明:两种灌浆方式下,自动传感器测试激发信号在套筒内部均出现高频向低频转移的特征;通过小波包能量占比建立不同灌浆饱满度与饱满度灌浆缺陷指标(GDI)的关系模型,随着饱满度的增大,GDI呈线性减小趋势,可以定量评估不同灌浆方式下套筒灌浆饱满度;GDI值与饱满度的相关性极大,且与灌浆料的分布状态有关。利用声发射技术并基于研究所提方法定量检测分析套筒灌浆饱满度是合理有效的,适用于大部分实际工程。

      In order to solve the problem of quantitative detection of sleeve grouting compactness, a method based on acoustic emission technology was proposed. In this paper, acoustic emission (AE) technique is used to measure the grouting compactness under two grouting methods of horizontal grouting and vertical grouting. And the wavelet packet is used to analyze the variation rule of AE waveform signal parameters in different grouting compactness, and the detection method of grouting compactness is explored. The test results show that under two grouting methods, the auto sensor test excitation signal has the characteristics of high-frequency to low-frequency transfer in the sleeve. The relationship model between grouting compactness and grouting defect index (GDI) was established by wavelet packet energy ratio. With the increase of grouting compactness, the GDI showed a linear decreasing trend, and the grouting compactness of sleeve under different grouting methods could be quantitatively evaluated. GDI is highly correlated with the saturation and is related to the distribution of grouting materials. It is reasonable and effective to quantitatively detect and analyze the sleeve grouting compactness by using AE technology and the proposed method, which is suitable for most practical projects.
