用于随钻声波测井的压电换能器常处于脉冲工作状态,为了提高测井仪器的检测性能,需要对换能器的瞬态响应进行研究。该文利用有限元谐波响应分析扫频计算了随钻单极发射换能器的离散电-声传递函数,对比了窄方波激励电压信号作用下采用离散电-声传递函数和有限元瞬态分析两种方法计算的随钻单极发射换能器的辐射声压波形,探讨了窄方波激励电压信号的脉冲宽度对辐射声压波形的影响。结果表明,当窄方波激励电压信号脉冲宽度为0.5倍的谐振周期时,随钻单极发射换能器产生的辐射声压波形幅度较大;相较于直接进行有限元瞬态分析,采用离散传递函数法有着更快的计算速度。研究结果验证了采用离散传递函数法实现换能器瞬态响应快速分析的可行性,并为井下声源激励信号和电路参数的设计提供参考。 |

Used in acoustic logging while drilling, piezoelectric transducers are often in a pulse operating state. To enhance the detection performance of logging instruments, it is crucial to study the transient response of the transducer of acoustic logging-while-drilling. In this study, finite element harmonic response analysis was utilized to calculate the discrete electro-acoustic transfer function of the monopole transducer of acoustic logging-while-drilling. A comparison was made between the radiated sound pressure waveforms calculated using the discrete electro-acoustic transfer function and finite element transient analysis under the influence of narrow square wave excitation voltage signals. The impact of the pulse width of the narrow square wave excitation voltage signal on the radiated sound pressure waveform was investigated. The results indicate that when the pulse width of the narrow square wave excitation voltage signal is 0.5 times the resonant period of the piezoelectric vibrator, the radiated sound pressure waveform generated by the monopole transducer of acoustic logging-while-drilling are relatively large. Compared to direct finite element transient analysis method, the discrete transfer function method has a faster calculation speed. The research results demonstrate the feasibility of utilizing the discrete transfer function method for rapid analysis of the transient response of the logging while drilling acoustic transducer, providing reference for the design of downhole acoustic source excitation signals and circuit parameters. |
