| 针对空间低频噪声难以宽带抑制的问题,本文设计了一种结合折叠空腔和薄膜质量块的膜腔复合吸声结构。首先基于微穿孔板吸声理论及薄膜共振机理,建立了等效电路模型并计算了膜腔复合结构的声阻抗。接着,通过有限元方法对吸声性能进行了参数影响分析。最后,实验验证了膜腔复合结构的声阻抗模型和有限元仿真的准确性。研究结果表明:膜腔复合结构可实现较宽的吸声频带。组合的膜腔吸声体在620-1360 Hz频率范围内实现了平均吸声系数大于0.8的高效声吸收,而其结构厚度仅为620 Hz频率对应波长的1/18。该膜腔复合结构不仅在提升宽带低频吸声性能方面取得显著成果,而且在深度亚波长轻薄化方面也展现了显著优势,为低频降噪领域提供了一个具有潜在应用前景的新方案。 |

| For the challenge of broadband suppression of low-frequency noise in space, a membrane cavity composite sound-absorbing structure was designed, integrating folded cavities and membrane mass blocks. Initially, based on the micro-perforated panel sound absorption theory and membrane resonance mechanism, an equivalent circuit model was established, and the acoustic impedance of the membrane cavity composite structure was calculated. Subsequently, the sound absorption performance was analyzed through the influence of structural parameters using the finite element method. Finally, experimental verification confirmed the accuracy of the acoustic impedance model and finite element simulation of the membrane cavity composite structure. The results demonstrate that the membrane cavity composite structure achieves a broad soundabsorption bandwidth. The combined membrane cavity absorber achieved an average sound absorption coefficient greater than 0.8 in the frequency range of 620-1360 Hz, while its structure thickness is only 1/18th of the wavelength corresponding to 620 Hz. This membrane cavity composite structure not only significantly enhances broadband low-frequency sound absorption performance but also exhibits notable advantages in deep sub-wavelength lightness and thinness, offering a new scheme with potential applications in the field of low-frequency noise reduction. |
