      利用阵列型超声喷丸强化系统,结合盐雾腐蚀试验,探究了超声喷丸强化对7075铝合金耐腐蚀性能的影响。对阵列型超声喷丸强化系统工作原理进行了阐述,采用ABAQUS对多弹丸超声喷丸进行了数值模拟,分析了弹丸速率对工件残余压应力的影响。搭建了阵列型超声喷丸强化系统和盐雾腐蚀试验平台,对未超声喷丸处理、40w和80w超声喷丸处理的7075铝合金样件进行了盐雾腐蚀实验,探究了盐雾腐蚀后铝合金样件表面形貌、表面硬度和表面粗糙度的变化。结果表明:在相同的盐雾腐蚀环境下,经过超声喷丸强化比未经超声喷丸强化处理的铝合金耐腐蚀性有一定的提升,且在一定范围内提高超声喷丸强化功率也能提高铝合金的耐腐蚀性能。

      The effect of ultrasonic shot peening on the corrosion resistance of 7075 aluminum alloy was studied by means of array ultrasonic shot peening system and salt spray corrosion test. The working principle of the ultrasonic shot peening system with piezoelectric vibrator array was elaborated, and numerical simulation of multi-shot ultrasonic shot peening was carried out by using ABAQUS to analyze the effect of shot rate on the residual compressive stress of the workpiece. The array ultrasonic shot peening system and salt spray corrosion test platform were set up, and salt spray corrosion experiments were carried out on 7075 aluminum alloy samples without ultrasonic shot peening treatment, as well as with 40w and 80w ultrasonic shot peening power treatment. The changes in surface morphology, surface hardness and surface roughness of the aluminum alloy after salt spray corrosion were investigated. Results show that under the same salt spray corrosion environment, the corrosion resistance of the aluminum alloy after ultrasonic shot peening is improved to a certain extent than that of the aluminum alloy without ultrasonic shot peening treatment. The corrosion resistance of the aluminum alloy can be improved by increasing the power of ultrasonic shot peening within a certain range.
