      气固两相流广泛存在于自然界及工业应用领域,深入研究颗粒在声场中的运动特性将有助于多相流声测量、声团聚等方面相关机理的揭示及应用。本文构建了单一颗粒在气相介质水平声场中运动的数值模型,研究颗粒及声场参数等对颗粒运动特性的影响。首先基于文献实验结果对模型进行基本验证,在此基础上进一步研究了不同粒径颗粒及声场参数对颗粒运动的影响机制。结果表明,水平声场影响下颗粒运动呈现复杂的动力学特征,具体地,颗粒声振动的振幅及速度均随声频率的增加呈准指数规律衰减,而颗粒雷诺数(Rep)则呈幂函数规律增长;当颗粒粒径大于一定值时,其对Rep起决定作用,表现为线性递增趋势,相对来说声频率影响不再明显。另一方面,水平声场作用于颗粒在使其产生水平方向简谐振动的同时,还引起其沿竖直方向周期性振动,同时水平声场对颗粒竖直方向的运动产生阻碍,整体呈一定非线性特征。另外,本文对非Stokes区的颗粒声振动特性进行了讨论。

      Gas solid two-phase flow is widely presenting in nature and industrial applications. The study of particle motion characteristics in the sound field in gas solid two-phase flow will contribute to reveal the principle of relevant mechanisms in sound measurement, sound agglomeration, and other aspects. This article constructs a numerical model for the motion of a single particle in a gas-phase medium under a horizontal sound field, and studies the effects of parameters of the particle and the sound field on particle motion. Using the experimental results from literature, the model is basically validated. Further, the influence of particle size and sound parameters on particle motion were studied. Under the influence of horizontal sound field, particle motion exhibits complex dynamic characteristics. It is indicated that the velocity amplitude of particle acoustic vibration decays in a quasi exponential manner with the increase of sound frequency, and the particle Reynolds number (Rep) increases in a pattern of power function, . When the particle size is greater than a certain value, it plays a decisive role in Rep, showing a linear increasing trend, and relatively, the influence of sound frequency is no longer significant. The horizontal sound field shows to not only cause lateral harmonic vibration of a particle, but generates periodic motion along the vertical direction, which hinders the vertical movement of the particle and exhibits certain nonlinear characteristics. In addition, this article discussed the acoustic vibration characteristics of particles in non-Stokes region.
