      声学CT法用于流场、温度场等复杂场测量时,温度、流速等参数分布均会引起不同程度声路径弯曲,增加重建场难度。本文分别基于数值模拟流场及实际锅炉炉膛流场测量数据,研究了炉膛水平断面二维流场及三维流场轴向分量引起的声线弯曲特性。对于未知分布的待测场,声学法测量中往往不得不将实际声线作为直线近似处理,相应引起不同程度的重建误差。本文研究有效揭示了流场引起的声路径弯曲采用直线近似时产生的误差特性与机理。结果有效揭示了如下特性:炉膛轴向流场分量引起路径弯曲的直线近似误差远大于不考虑轴向流速分量的断面内二维切圆流场分量中声线弯曲产生的直线近似误差,但是对于以各路径声传播时间差为条件数据的断面流场重建,炉膛轴向流场分量引起的路径弯曲效应因相对方向传播时间差计算而可基本抵消;而对于基于相对方向传播时间和数据的温度场重建,由于轴向流场分量的影响没有抵消而不可忽略;另外,介质温度越高,垂向流速引起的声路径弯曲的直线近似误差越明显。

      In acoustic measurement of flow and temperature fields, the distributions of temperature and flow both lead to sound path bending to different extent, which would correspondingly increase the difficulty of reconstruction of the objective field. With simulated flow fields and a measurement result in an onsite furnace, characteristics of sound path bending in planar two-dimensional flow fields and a three-dimensional flow field, respectively, were studied. For unknown field to be measured, the distribution of a real sound wave propagation path is hardly determined, and thus generally approximated with a linear ray. This will correspondingly bring forth certain reconstruction errors. Characteristics and mechanism on the errors resulted from linearizing approximation of real sound propagation paths are studied and uncovered effectively. With the defined phantoms, it is shown that the axial component of the flow field in furnace gives a much higher error level of sound ray linearization than those from the planar component of the flow field within the horizontal cross-section without considering the axial flow component. Yet it turns out that the remarkable ray linearization error related to the axial flow component hardly matter for the flow field reconstruction that bases on the time difference of the mutual sound propagations on each path, for the offset of the impact from the axial flow component; and comparatively, its effect on the temperature field reconstruction is deduced not negligible, which utilizes the summary of the mutual sound flight times. Nevertheless, it is shown that the higher the medium temperature is, the larger the sound path linearization error is.
