      在采用超声波水浸法检测锆合金棒材表面斜向缺陷时由于受到棒材表面曲率的影响要实现纯横波入射并获得较高的信噪比和检测灵敏度变得异常困难。为解决这一难题,该文构建了一个数学模型。此模型用于模拟超声波在锆合金棒材中的传播路径;同时确定超声波穿过水介质进入棒材时的内部折射角、当超声波从棒材内部射入人工刻槽与棒材表面形成端角反射时的入射角,二者之间的关系。同时还开发了另一个数学模型,用于确定施加超声波入射的角度和方向。在检测斜向缺陷的过程中采用线聚焦探头不仅获得了较高的信噪比和检测灵敏度而且大大提高了检测效率。这些研究结果为棒材表面斜向缺陷的水浸法超声波纯横波检测提供了有力的理论支持。

      When detecting oblique surface defects on zirconium alloy rod materials using the ultrasonic immersion method, it becomes extremely difficult to achieve pure shear wave incidence and obtain high signal-to-noise ratio and detection sensitivity due to the influence of the rod's surface curvature. To tackle this issue, a mathematical model has been constructed in this paper. This model simulates the ultrasonic wave propagation paths within the zirconium alloy rods; it also determines the internal refraction angle when the ultrasonic waves pass through the water medium and enter the rod, as well as the incident angle when ultrasonic waves are internally cast into an artificial notch causing a corner reflection with the rod's surface, and the relationship between them. Additionally, another mathematical model has been developed to ascertain the angle and direction of the ultrasonic wave incidence. In the process of detecting oblique defects, the use of a linearly focused transducer not only achieved a higher signal-to-noise ratio and sensitivity but also significantly enhanced the efficiency of detection. These research findings provide robust theoretical support for the ultrasonic immersion method's pure shear wave detection of oblique surface defects on rod materials.
