| 某皮卡车加速在2200r/min左右车内后排存在明显的2阶轰鸣,经排查确定,轰鸣是由车身后挡风玻璃与货箱前板横梁在72Hz附近的模态耦合共振引起。通过提升车身后挡风玻璃的弧度以及创新性的在货箱前板横梁上加动力吸振器的方式来优化车身结构,保证车身后挡风玻璃与货箱板之间的模态频率满足避频要求,来实现车内轰鸣问题的优化。客观数据显示优化方案使得车内后排2阶噪声优化10dB(A),主观声品质提升明显,有效的解决了此车型的轰鸣问题,为皮卡车型加速轰鸣问题的优化与控制提供了一种参考。 |

| A pickup truck accelerates at about 2200r/min with a 2nd-order booming in the rear, After investigation, it is confirmed that the booming is caused by the modal coupling resonance between the rear windshield of the body and the front panel beam of the cargo box near 72Hz. The body structure is optimised by upgrading the curvature of the rear windscreen and innovatively adding damper o on the front beam of the cargo box, ensure that the modal frequency between the rear windscreen and the front panel of the cargo box meets the frequency avoidance requirements, so as to optimise the booming. Objective data show that the optimisation scheme optimises the 2nd-order noise in the rear by 10dB(A), which improves the subjective sound quality significantly, effectively solves the roaring problem of this model, and provides a reference for the optimisation and control of the acceleration roaring problem of pickup trucks. |
