      异种金属复合结构是航空航天与军工领域的重要应用组件,实现其复合界面连接强度的无损表征具有重要意义。本文研究了关于超声Lamb波的厚度共振对异种金属双层复合板中界面连接强度的表征方法。通过引入法向和切向的弹簧模型来模拟双层金属板之间的连接,推导了异种金属双层复合板中Lamb波的厚度共振频率与界面连接强度之间的定量关系。发现对于铝-非铝双层金属板,厚度共振频率会随界面连接强度的降低而单调递减,并且S1模态和A1模态为界面连接强度表征的最佳模态。两层板的厚度比和材料性质的变化,会分别对厚度共振频率随界面连接强度的敏感变化区间和频率变化总值产生影响。使用了频域模拟的方法,对铝-非铝双层金属板中不同界面连接强度下的厚度共振频率进行计算,其结果与理论值相吻合,验证了理论结果的准确性。

      Dissimilar metal composite structure is an important application component in aerospace and military industry, and it is of great significance to realize the non-destructive characterization of the connection strength of its composite interface. In this paper, a method on thickness resonance of ultrasonic Lamb waves to characterize the strength of interfacial connections in dissimilar metal bilayer composite plates is studied. By introducing spring models in normal and tangential directions to simulate the connection between bilayer metal plates, the quantitative relationship between the thickness resonance frequency of Lamb wave and the strength of interfacial connection in dissimilar metal bilayer composite plates is derived. It is found that for aluminum-non-aluminum bilayers, the thickness resonance frequency decreases monotonically with decreasing interfacial connection strength, and that the S1 and A1 modes are the best modes for characterizing the strength of interfacial connections. The variation of the thickness ratio and the material properties of bilayer plates affects the sensitive variation interval and the total value of frequency variation of the thickness resonance frequency with the interfacial connection strength, respectively. Frequency domain simulations are used to calculate the thickness resonance frequency in aluminum-non-aluminum bilayer plates with different interfacial connection strengths, and the results are consistent with the theoretical values, verifying the accuracy of the theoretical results.
