      摘要:现有的超声铣削刀柄结构尺寸较长,高速旋转时刀具容易产生有害的径向振动,为实现难加工材料的高质量铣削,提出了一种适用于BT40刀柄能产生较大振幅且长度尺寸较小的纵扭超声振子。利用解析法设计了一种前盖板为指数型的纵振超声换能器,基于声波传递的反射原理在指数型变截面杆上开设四条螺旋槽,使纵向振动转换为纵扭复合振动;采用单因素法在有限元软件中分析螺旋槽槽宽、槽深和螺旋角对纵扭谐振效果的影响规律,选出最佳的螺旋槽参数组合;调整换能器尺寸后与BT40刀柄进行装配,构建纵扭超声刀柄模型并进行模态分析,谐振频率为22845Hz;搭建实验平台对纵扭超声刀柄实物进行阻抗分析和振幅测试,结果显示其谐振频率为22152Hz,与仿真值相差较小,刀柄输出最大纵向振幅为11.2μm,最大扭转振幅为4.3μm,扭纵比为0.38。纵扭超声刀柄性能满足大部分超声铣削的加工要求,也验证了设计方法的正确性。

      Abstract: The existing ultrasonic milling tool holder has a long structure size, and the tool is prone to produce harmful radial vibration during high-speed rotation. In order to achieve high-quality milling of diffi-cult-to-machine materials, a longitudinal torsional ultrasonic oscillator suitable for BT40 tool holders has been proposed, which can generate large amplitude and has a small length dimension. A longitudinal vibration ultrasonic transducer with exponential front cover is designed by analytical method. Based on the reflection principle of acoustic wave transmission, four spiral grooves are set on the exponential variable cross-section bar to convert the longitudinal vibration into longitudinal-torsional composite vibration. The influence of groove width, groove depth and spiral Angle on longitudinal and torsional resonance effect was analyzed by using single factor method in finite element software, and the best spiral groove parameter combination was selected. After adjusting the size of the transducer, it is assembled with the BT40 tool holder to construct a longitudinal-torsional ultrasonic tool holder model and perform modal analysis. The resonant frequency is 22845 Hz. The experimental platform is built to carry out impedance analysis and amplitude test on the longitudinal-torsional ultrasonic toolholder. The results show that its resonant frequency is 22152 Hz, which is slightly different from the simulation value. The maximum longitudinal amplitude of the toolholder output is 11.2 um, the maximum torsional amplitude is 4.3 um, and the torsional-longitudinal ratio is 0.38. The performance of the longitudinal-torsional ultrasonictool holder meets the processing requirements of most ultrasonic finishing milling, and also verifies the correctness of the design method.
