| 某纯电动轻客车在40-100kph加速或减速工况下驾驶室内存在明显的高故障率的尖锐的高频啸叫问题抱怨。通过采用LMS Test.Lab设备对该故障现象进行测试分析及诊断 ,最终成功锁定导致该驾驶室内高频啸叫噪声的根本原因,并通过优化驱动桥主减齿轮加工工艺降低齿轮啮合激励将该高频啸叫优化至可接受水平;同时,通过线性回归建立NVH台架曲线标准,最终成功解决该问题。该研究思维对后续解决类似故障问题具有一定的指导意义。 |

| In the electric light bus cab, there is a complain of high failure rate sharp whine under the drive or coast condition during 40-100 kph . The root cause was successfully locked by testing and analyzing with the LMS Test Lab. And the noise was optimized to acceptable level by optimizing the processing technology of the electric drive axle gear to reduce the gear meshing excitation. At the same time, the NVH bench curve was established by linear regression. This problem was successfully solved finally. The research idea provided some reference value for solving the similar fault problems in the future. |
