为提升超薄控制台吸声性能,提出了一种基于混响室环境的吸声结构吸声性能仿真方法,研究了不同结构组合的无规则入射吸声性能。首先利用阻抗管确定了吸声性能较好的两种复合吸声结构,其次在声学仿真软件中建立混响室数值模型进行仿真并进行实验验证,最后将两种复合吸声结构应用于控制台,通过混响室仿真及实验测试其实际吸声性能。结果表明,最优吸声结构在混响室仿真中,无规则入射的降噪系数仿真值为0.61,通过混响室实验测试的降噪系数为0.64。仿真与实验混响室无规则入射降噪系数相近,验证了仿真模型准确性及最优吸声结构的实用性。通过计权吸声系数评定了最优结构的吸声性能等级为国家C级标准,所提方法对控制台吸声降噪研究具有指导意义。 |

In order to improve the sound absorption performance of ultrathin console, a simulation method of sound absorption structure based on reverberation chamber environment was proposed. The random incident sound absorption performance of different structure combinations was studied. Firstly, two composite sound absorption structures with good sound absorption performance were determined by impedance tube. Secondly, a numerical reverberation chamber model was established in acoustic simulation software for simulation and experimental verification. Finally, the two composite sound absorption structures were applied to the console, and their actual sound absorption performances were tested by reverberation chamber simulation and experiment. The results show that the noise reduction coefficient (NRC) of the optimal sound absorption structure in the reverberation chamber simulation is 0.61, and the NRC tested by the reverberation chamber experiment is 0.64. The simulation is similar to the random incident NRC of the experimental reverberation chamber, which validates the accuracy of the simulation model and the practicability of the optimal sound absorption structure. According to the weight absorption coefficient, the sound absorption performance of the optimal structure is evaluated as the national class C standard. The proposed method has guiding significance for the research of sound absorption and noise reduction of the console. |
