汽车行业中,在轮胎腔内添加阻尼泡沫,可以减少气腔引起的共振已得到验证。但将阻尼泡沫作为结构阻尼器,将轮胎结构产生共振作为研究对象的较少。文中将阻尼泡沫简化为固定在环模型上的连续质量弹簧阻尼器,建立了阻尼泡沫轮胎的分析模型,用于分析阻尼泡沫作为结构阻尼对轮胎噪声和振动特性的影响。然后用该模型模拟了冲击锤试验,并在实验中得到了论证。研究结果表明,阻尼泡沫如果设计具有合适的质量/刚度/阻尼特性,可以减少轮胎的结构振动。 |

In the automotive industry, it has been verified that adding damping foam in the tire cavity can reduce the resonance caused by the air cavity. However, the damping foam is used as a structural damper, and the tire structure resonance is rarely studied. In this paper, the damping foam is simplified as a continuous mass spring damper fixed on the ring model, and an analysis model of damping foam tire is established to analyze the impact of damping foam as structural damping on tire noise and vibration characteristics. Then, the impact hammer test was simulated using the model and demonstrated in the experiment. The results show that damping foam can reduce the structural vibration of tires if it is designed with appropriate mass/stiffness/damping characteristics. |
