| 该文针对高压管汇螺栓在工程应用中的关键作用,研究了其应力分布及纵波传播速度的变化规律。基于声弹性效应和数值模拟方法,以公称直径为1英寸(25.4 mm)、机械性能等级为10.9级的螺柱作为研究对象,拟合了螺柱长度与应力之间的关系式,提出了新的螺柱应力计算公式。通过绘制螺柱的应力分布图及纵波传播速度分布图,揭示了应力分布的不均匀性和纵波传播速度的变化规律。进一步探究了渡越时间的影响因素,并建立了一种新的渡越时间理论计算模型。研究结果为工业螺栓的应力检测与维护提供了科学依据,对提升工程安全性和可靠性具有重要意义。 |

| In this paper, for the key role of bolts in engineering applications, the stress distribution and the change rule of longitudinal wave propagation velocity are investigated. Based on the acousto-elastic effect and numerical simulation method, the stud with a nominal diameter of 1 inch (25.4 mm) and mechanical property grade 10.9 is taken as the object of study, and the relational equation between the length of the stud and the stress is fitted, so that a new formula for calculating the stress of the stud is proposed. By plotting the stress dis-tribution of the stud and the distribution of longitudinal wave propagation velocity, the inhomo-geneity of the stress distribution and the change rule of the longitudinal wave propagation velocity are revealed. The influencing factors of crossing time are further investigated, and a new theoretical calculation model of crossing time is established. The results of the study provide a scientific basis for the stress detection and maintenance of industrial bolts, which is of great significance for im-proving the safety and reliability of the project. |
