      随着舰船降噪和消声技术的发展,传统以非宽带噪声、周期、平稳信号及单目标检测等为前提条件的被动检测技术,在复杂浅海水声环境下面临挑战。通过对海洋环境噪声的频域特性和包络谱检测原理进行分析,探讨了包络调制谱检测中宽带浅海海洋水声环境噪声的可利用性问题和宽带背景噪声的抑制问题,提出了具有环境噪声利用和宽带背景噪声抑制功能的多频带联合基频包络谱检测技术。其具有如下特点:a),专注于目标螺旋桨旋转噪声基频包络调制谱检测,使包络检测时带通滤波器带宽可以很窄,从而抑制宽带噪声;b),将可用带宽分为多个子频带,动态感知子频带内强频谱区域,并将其峰值频率作为解调载波频率,从而充分利用环境噪声谱;c),通过降采样和时间积累,提高目标螺旋桨旋转噪声包络调制谱频率分辨率和调制谱信噪比;d),多频带联合检测技术提高了包络调制谱检测的鲁棒性和宽容性。通过对海洋环境噪声数据处理和包络调制谱检测,验证了本文理论和技术方法的有效性。

      With the technology progress of ship noise reduction and insulation, the traditional techniques of passive target detection based on non-broadband noise, cyclostationary signature and single target detection are confronted with the challenge in shallow water environments. This paper analyzes the frequency characteristic of the oceanic environment noise, studies the broadband environment noise utilization and the broadband background noise suppression in envelope modulation spectrum detection. A technique of multiband joint detection of envelope modulation spectrum based on spectrum sensing is presented. The technique has the contributions as follows: first, it only detects the base frequency, and suppresses the broadband background noise with narrow band-pass filter; then, with the technique of multiband spectrum sensing, it makes the most of the broadband water environment noise; last, with the techniques of down sampling, time accumulation and multiband joint detection, it not only increases the frequency resolution of the spectrum of envelope modulation on noise, but also improves the tolerant and robust quality of the envelope modulation spectrum detection. The results of the spectrum detection of a batch of sonar data validated the validity of the proposed technique.
