地铁车辆司机室内藏门漏声特性试验研究

      本文介绍了地铁司机室内藏门结构,分析了其密封性能,并提出改进前挡上门角密封措施。地铁车辆在隧道运行工况下,通过在司机室门页四周和座椅共布置6个传声测点,采用多通道动态数据采集系统获取密封改进前后条件下的声压级水平。试验研究结果表明:在隧道直线段运行条件下司机座椅声压级满足标准要求,而在曲线段因啸叫声而超出标准限值;对司机室内藏门门框前挡顶部加长密封胶条可使隧道直线段在运行工况下司机座椅处噪声降低0.9dB;内藏门漏声频谱特性显示漏声来源主要为轮轨噪声。最后,针对司机室内藏门门页后挡上门角漏声较大,提出了进一步改进内藏门漏声的措施。

      This paper introduced a kind of cab sliding door structure of the metro vehicle, analyzed its sealing performance and proposed measures to improve the sealing on the top corner of the front door frame. Under the operating conditions in the tunnel, six microphones were arranged in the vicinity of the door page and the driver''s seat of the cab. And the multi-channel dynamic data acquisition system was used to obtain the sound pressure level under the initial sealing condition and the improved sealing condition of the sliding door. The results of the experimental study indicated that the sound pressure level of the driver''s seat was less than the standard value in the straight section and greater than it in the curved section due to the howling under the operating condition in the tunnel. The sound pressure level at the driver''s seat was reduced by 0.9dB through extending the sealing strip on the top of the front door frame in the straight section of the tunnel. It was shown that the main noise source of the cab leakage was the rolling noise through the spectral characteristic analysis. Finally, the measures were proposed to further improve the sealing of the sliding door for the leakage on the top corner of the back door frame.
