      本文以虹吸式座便器为研究对象,将扩张室消声器应用于座便器管道结构设计中,采用CFD (computational Fluid Dynamics)软件对加装不同长度扩张室消声器的座便器模型进行了冲水过程数值模拟。在研究座便器噪声产生机理及扩张室消声器声学性能的基础上,进行座便器冲洗性能试验及噪声测量试验,分别研究了冲水量与冲洗噪声、冲水量与冲洗性能之间的关系。研究表明,安装扩张室消声器,不仅可以提高座便器的冲洗性能,还可以降低冲洗噪声,达到降噪节水的目的。
英文摘要:
      The siphonic toilet is researched as the investigated subject in this paper, and an expansion cavity type muffler is applied to the structure design of toilet’s pipeline. Different length of expansion cavity type mufflers are added to the toilet model,and the flushing process is simulated using the CFD software.Based on the mechanism of toilet noise and the acoustic performance of the expansion cavity type muffler,experiments on toilet’s flushing performance and noise measure are performed,the relationships of water demands and flushing noise,water demands and flushing performance are obtained.The result shows that the structure of expansion cavity type muffler improves the flushing performance of the toilet and reduces the flushing noise,the purposes of reducing noise and water-conserved are attained.
